Ht. 5'6, Wt. 188 - Its not fair - I have a major crush on this guy in school, but he is really popular with the thin girls. I was always afraid to ask him out but my friend convinced me too. When I asked him he said in front of EVERYBODY "why should I go out with an ugly fatass like you." I cried so much. Now all of you are gonna tell me that I should not go out with a jerk like that or he isnt worth but I like him, I cant stop liking him. What am i supposed to do?????

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170ish - day one of dieting and i did pretty good. breakfast-granola bar(200) Snack-Grapes(200) Lunch-Chicken terr. wrap from Subway chips and a diet coke(500) Dinner-slice of pizza(300) desert-tootsie pops(50) popsicle (50. Im trying to get my eating habits down before i add in more of my workouts. I plan to work out in my room..and do about 15 mons. of cardio a day. Then in December i am getting a membership to 24 hour fitness. Everyday i lift weights for about 20 mins.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - my second day on that kelloggs diet plan. you have 2 meals with fruit and a kellogs bar and your third meal normally. so breakfast- banana& kellogs bar& skim milk. lunch-kellogs bar& apple& water. snack-hot cocoa&popcorn. dinner-2 dumplings. 2 tablespoons of rice. 2 spicy chicken pieces.snack- 2 TINY cookies. 1 peice of broccoli. excercise-300 crunches. 20 pushups. good?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - This what I had today. For breakfast I had bagel with bacon egg and cheese on it from mcdonalds plus some pop. For lunch I had noodles and water and some chips and a cookie. For supper I had noodles and potatoes cottage cheese and applesauce and water. How did I do today I know I did pretty bad.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 156-ish - popcorn popcorn popcorn. did you know that eating popcorn isn't fatening for you. when i get cravings at night i just eat some kettle corn popcorn and it solves my problem.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - today for breakfast i had a bowl of cherrios, snack i had south beach cookies (100 calories), lunch a small bagle with low fat cream cheese,100 calories pack thingy, and apples, and for dinner a healthy choice tv dinner and a skinny cow after. i have skinny cows once every couple of weeks but i think this is the last one im going to have for awhile. for excersise i had to run around the gym twice. does that sound good? does anyone know how to burn off fat from hips, stomach and thighs
