Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 228 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hey everyone i've felt a little helpless latley i've messed up yesterday and today i just kept going and workedout really hard but idk i feel like i'm never going to lose weight and it makes me really upset i feel like i'm going to be this way 4ever and i don't want to it hurts when i mess up because this is something i've wanted since i can remember i feel ugly and not worthy sometimes i really want to loss weight to feel better about myself and messing up all the time doesn't help me confidence on lossing weight this site is the only way for me to get this out o and me weight loss buddys always stop emailing me for some reason i feel like i'm never going to lose this weight just had to get all that out

Ht. 5'8", Start: 207 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 135 lb - hi everyone. i met someone on this website a while ago and to we set goals and lost weight together. we emailed eachother andit really helped me focus on my goal. I lost almost twenty lbs, but still had alot more to lose. when she achieved her goal she stopped emailing me, i guess it was because she was done with her weight loss. after that i coulnt lose the weight as easily, so im back here again. I really want to find a person who is serious about losing their weight. please reply i you are interested, its seems to be so much easier, when u have a friend doing it with you. Ht. 5'7", Start: 320 lb, Today: 320 lb, Goal: 160 lb - For the New Year my dad has challenged me to lose 100+ pounds in the coming year so i'm up for the challenge, while i'm away at school it is a little difficult to stay on track with a diet but this time i'm not giving up, i'm tired of being confined to only certain stores in the mall and all of my friends can go in those certain stores and wear things I can't so hopefully by the middle of my sophmore year in college (Spring 2008/Winter 2008) I hope to almost be there, I have such a long way to go but I think I have a great plan. Breakfast: Bagel w/ lowfat cream cheese, Special K/berries cereal & skim milk, and a bowl of fruit. Lunch: Turkey Sandwhich on 7 grain bread w/ side salad or soup and any pure juice Dinner: Chicken Salad or Lean meat with vegetables (Pure Juice) Dessert: Fruit Exercise daily: 40+ minutes of Cardio (Tredmill/Elliptical) 20 minutes of strength training. Times will increase as I go on. I am ready for 2008 and this Resolution will finally stick. GOOD LUCK to everyone else!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 228 lb, Goal: 180 lb - so today was my day one i ate 1tsp of peanutbutter with 1 toast for breakfast, 1 can of tuna with 1 toast for lunch and a salad with fish and those lil breads i 4got the name and ranch dressing well i'm really proud of myself bcuz my mom bought me chinese food and i didn't eat it. i really wanted to but i just told myself i couldn't and i also did yoga for about 30 mins and danced for 30mins so how do you guys think i did??
