Ht. 5'2", Start: 221 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Ok ya'll I dont know if I did good but it was so freaking hard! Ok for breakfast I had a toaster waffle thingy, lunch I had half a can of soup and chicken salad sandwhich, then I had raviolli (cant spell). It all came to about 1000 callories. I calculated it. It was so hard to eat that less. I did DDRSN2 for a half hour and lost 165.322 calories on workout mode and it said I jogged bout 2 miles total doing that! Yay i think I did good for my first day but it was so hard. I wrote everything down and the callories it had. Did I do good? Maybe I did bad. Hmmm dang.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - so basically, i have a problem. i get SO bored/lazy? working out in the first 5 mintues. this is my third time trying to loose weight since september, and i gave up everytime after a few weeks; normally the first one. i lost some weight about 3 years ago through just dancing. this time around i get bored with dancing, and ive been going to a dance stuido for about 13 years now. i really wanna stick to the diet this time cuz i have a lot of big things coming up this year; spring break, confirmation, senior pics, being in my cousins wedding, summer! and i just wanna look good. dont get me wrong, i am comfortable "in my shoes" but i just think my weight needs some tweaking a bit. another thing is that its hard for me to find time to work out between school and work and other stuff going on. i also have a lot of homework. i also work at the mall in retail so theres somewhat of a pressure... Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 170 lb - so lastnight i had some leftover christmas cookies... lol not horrible though because ive been doing so well, under 1200 calories per day so i deserved a little break. but yeah tomorrow is the day i write down my weight and im hoping to be at 183 tomorrow, i tihnk i will because today i got on the scale and it was a cross between 183 and 184 so i know im gettin ready to lose. but im on my period and im bloated so maybe i should hold off on the weigh-in until midweek or so haha good luck everybody!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 223 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey ya so today was my cheat day worked really hard for a week and needed some good food but not fast foods or anything like that so i had honey bunches of oats for breakfast and for lunch i had a torilla with turkey ham and cheese wellthat was it cause i don't drink anything but water i am worryed about this 3 day trip i'm doing on the 18 i don't want to mess up my diet what do u guys think i should do if i feel like messing up?

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So I'm down another lb, no idea how cuz I went out to dinner last night and had a ton of carbs then went to a party and got totally smashed but u know I will take the lose, LoL I just have to eat really good today cuz I should of had a gain today. Wish me luck! I move back into my dorm tomorrow! Yay!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 160 lb - ok so i didnt do as bad as yesterday. at least i dont think. i mean i obviously could have done a lot better. but anyways. i had 2 apples around 1, and then we were out so i had a southwest chicken at mcdonalds(grilled on whole wheat no lettuce or tomato and half the sauce) with a sprite, supper was a grilled chicken from my work(Dairy Queen)with only cheese on it, and a small blizzard after :( i was craving it. so in total today was about 1400 cals. better than yesterday :)
