Hello all, I'm obviously new here and I want to finally do something about my weight before I become really overweight. I just finished my senior year in high school so I think this transition to college will be a fantastic time to shed the pounds. I am 5'3 and I weigh in at 146.. The calculator says that I'm at risk of becoming overweight...I really hope I can get some help and help others here as well. I'm not trying to become some skeleton, because for goodness sake, we ladies are supposed to have some curves! But I'd like to lose a little bit in the tummy area. I work part time at a local grocery store as a stocker, so I get one heck of a work-out several times a week... For my arms and legs at least. hey.. i have this problem.. i have been inactive for soo long and when i try to exercise i get really tired n weak easily like if i put my clothes away im even tired.. i weigh 230 and im 5ft 8.. please give me some advice

here's something i thought i'd share.. i learned that you can make mashed potatos out of cauliflower instead.. and it's supposed to taste the same but it's better for you! pretty neato if you ask me..

omg, i have done really bad lately. yesterday for lunch i had chicken strips for an appetizer, half a huge cheeseburger and fries and i got really full then i had this huge cup of "texas turtle custard" its vanilla custard with caramel, fudge peans, and i was super full. then at like 1130 i was hungry and i had a bean burrito from taco bell and 2 reecese minis. i worked out at the ggym hard but. today i did good though, breakfast-banana, lunch-sub sandwich, i ran 5 miles and umm...did some weights

Heylo Everyone! Well this morning I weighed in @ 160. Ugh...I told u I did bad yesterday. Oh well NEW DAY! LoL! Um this morning I got up and had a cup of green tea and went and walked 1 1/2 miles. Um so far the olny thing I had was pretzels for lunch (300 cals) and a Diet Coke. But yea I'm pretty satisfied, I'm gonna go keep myself busy. I hope everyone else is doing great! Stay Strong!
