alright i want to lose like 10 pounds....im on a summer cross country plan where i hav to run 3 to 2 miles like 5 times a week...if i do that w/ strengh trainin and i eat good how long do u think it will take me? but i wanna do it the heathly way...!!! thanks guys!

hey guys..alright i didnt do wonderful today but here goes..for brek. i had bagel with 2 eggs and orange juice, and for lunch i had a bagel pizza (the bagels where wheat though and mini) then i had a peach for a snack and for dinner i had chicken and pasta and peanut butter cup ice cream..so i no i did kinda bad but i had a ton of activity today! i played tennis for like 3 hours and swam for an hour then like played tag and jumped on my trampoline for like another hour.. s how do you think i did?

Hey If i eat right, go for walks/runs everyday, and swim laps everyday in the summer how much do u think i could lose? I know what is healthy, but i think swimming is going to make a lot of muscle that will weigh more. If i am a size 13ish now what do you think i could be by september? thanks

well tonight i went out to dinner and i think i did really bad this is what i had, i had boiled scallops which they put in butter and i didnt know they were going to, and i had a baked potato with nothing on it and steamed veggies and a huge piece of angel food cake, and for lunch i had a salad with grilled chicken and breakfast i had kashi cereal with yougart and strawberries! did i do okay or not??

okay this post is to hopefully help those that are just starting with a diet, the key to weight loss is walking, cause its easy and it works you whole body my mother lost 30 pounds in 1 month just from walking everyday she walks, and you dont get tired just keep walking dont stop she does up to 5 miles of walking each day its possiable and since most of you are on summer vacation then it should be easy walkin a mile is better then running one right so thats the secert to weight loss WALKING! so get up and start walking!

Hey i got only 2 days of skool left and we had an assembly yesturday and this guy was taping us so we can gbe on our skool s big screen (we have a screen tht shows the adience) and i couldnt see myself so i started waving my arms and this kid in my calss alison you dont have to wave for us to see youy we can see you all the time.
