Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 146 - I know that this wasnt too good but this is what i ate today. BREAKFAST: doritos with propel LUNCH: ham, cheese, mayo, and mustard sandwhich. And for dinner, Im having vegetable soup with grilled cheese sandwhiches. I know its not too good but I will do better tomorrow.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - okay is this good? i did 100 sit ups on each side to work my love handles and then i did 200 regular sit ups and then 100 reverse sit ups ( u lay on ur back and put ur legs at a 90 degree angle then pull them to chest and back) i did the regular sit ups with weights and then i danced with weights in my hands making sure to use my arms and then i did that thing where you hold the weights and punch out with one arm and pull it back and then do it again with the other. Then i jump roped for 20 mins. I'v eaten 360 calories today do u think i burned them off? well im gonna excersize more.

Ht. 5'2.5, Wt. 178 - i have a question for u gurls...well i had my P*e*r*i*o*d about 2 weeks ago mayb a lil more, i just got it again this fri, its that normal?? im kinda really pissed too cuz im goin to the beach n my pool is like 90 degrees n i cant even go in...:(

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - Today was my first day on Weight Watchers. I went under on my points, but that's because I woke up late. Anyway, I'm just wondering how I did. BREAKFAST: 1/2 cup plain oatmeal and a salad with lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumber, etc. and fat free italian dressing. LUNCH: A sandwich, made on wheat bread, turkey breast, lots of veggies and mustard, some Yoplait 99% fat free yogurt, and a bottle of Propel water. DINNER: Chicken breast(I know, not that much, but I wasn't hungry) DESSERT: A banana and cantelope with some fat free whip cream(20 calories per serving and 0 points) So, how'd I do? and can I do anything to improve? Thanks.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 139 - Hello! I would love to lose weight before school starts on August 24th. I would really like to get down to 130. My long term goal weight is 112, because I think that would be a cute weight for my short stature. I know what I have to do, the trouble is just doing it, I'm sure some of you guys know what I mean. So I guess I'm writing for some handy tips to stay motivated... Or maybe just for support. Or if you just want to say a nice "How do you do?" that would be quite alright as well. Ht. 5'10, Wt. 230 - ok, heres the deal- i get up, im not hungry or thirsty, so i eat a peice of gum.. when i get hungry, i eat lunch, then i feel fat for eating, so ill eat gum until dinner, maybe a snack in between, then after dinner, ill eat something else, like a pb&j sandwich or something like that..... and if i exercise, i feel like nothing is burning bc i dont eat a lot now- whats wrong with me?
