Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok you guys heres what i ate today . tell me how you think i did.. i slipped up a little at dinner because we were having people over for my friends birthday but anyway
brek: kashi bar, low fat yogurt, propel (260 calories)
lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat pita, carrots, 100 calorie pack , water ( a little less than 300 calories)
snack: apple cinnamon low fat quakes and an apple and propel (a little less than 150 calories)
dinner: pizza with reduced fat cheese on whole wheat crust, light ceasar salad (like 560 calories)
so so far today ive had like.. 1, 300 calories today, so im still under my limit
and i burned 300 calories on the treadmill today
and i havent had dessert in the past two days
but i might have a REALLY small peice of ice cream cake, im not sure though
what do you guys think? pleaseee reply

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - hey everyone i was readin through a few post and it seems to me like a lot of people think eating a few healthy meals is really gonna make them loose weight. I mean yes it helps but relying on that soely wont get you any where far. You must also increase physical activity evne if it means walking more. People also have the idea that it depends on how much fat u eat i mean they're partially correct but its also eating a caloric diet based on ur ideal bmi, right now im gettong overweight cause i just stopped caring but give me 1 minth andi will be in great shape

its not a diet pill... its a cleansing system! it has a huge side affect of weight loss though! im going to try it in a few weeks! lemme know n ill give you the details if you wanna know more or something! perfectly safe && doctor recommended :) love you all.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 164.5 - ok u guys i really want to do this but i just doont kno how....i guess ill just eat 1 pear for breakfast and some carrtos or something when i get home from school ughh idk i want to be 145 by december 13th that gives me exactly 35 days to lose 19.5 pounds! i can do this!!! im going to start doing billy blanks bootcamp videos!

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 160 - actually, i have a different statement to add for discussion, my friend is trying to lose a bunch of weight and she already has lost 35 pounds when she used to be 140. I am worried because i think the weight is being lost WAY too fast because she has lost it in 2 and a half months. She is only eating 2 meals a day and only 300 calories a day. Is this unhealthy? i really want to know because if i can't help her, i will feel like a bad friend, thanx, this is a serious situation!

Ht. 4"11, Wt. App. 140 - Hey, everyone. I'm a bit over weight, I'd say approximately, 140. I wear a five in pants size, or a five/sixe. Lately, I've let myself go, and I can notice a chunkiness in myself. Although, my friends get angry with me on how i rant on how I'm over weight. Which I believe I am. I'm starting to work out, I'm not out of shape or anything I believe, I jsut wish I could go down a couple pant sizes. My goal, to a three, or a two in evens. (usa) Have and thoughts on how I could do this? Before christmas namely? I'm a pop addict -- I can't live without it, and water isn't my cup of tea. I love comfort food, and it's too cold to really go outside to exercise. Please reply! Love You!

lunch- half a turkey sandwich on a whole wheat pita, carrot sticks, ritz snack mix 100 cal pack, water
snack - apple cinnamon quakes (60 calories for one serving ) celery, and water,
dinner- well my family had tacos for dinner, which can be bad ,. but it was turkey instead of beef, plus so i ate less i made it a taco salad.. and basically made lettuce the main part of the meal and used the meat as condiment.. the only other thing on it was salsa and 2 small tortillas.. and i stopped when i was full, just one medium sized salad
and to workout i walked/ran on the treadill and burned 250 calories (according to the treadmill) i still kind of have a cold so i didnt want it to be to high intensity or anything

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 160 - Yeah, guys i have been trying to lose weight for years and finally im going to tackle it. I am actually very active, i am on JV Cross country, Varsity Water Polo, and i swim three times a week. I think i am a great athlete, i just need to lose about 30 -35 pounds so i can be a faster runner and swimmer. I am wondering on how everyone manages eating a school, i have a hard time picking out a healthy lunch, are sandwiches healthy? i don't really kno! hahaha i know it sounds dumb, but can someone please respond to me???!!! THANX!
i just need some guidance on how all of you have tackled losing weight, because i want to lose this wieght by march!

Ht. n/a, Wt. n/a - Okay will someone tell me on how ive done so far today? its 4:07 well For breakfast i had half a piece of bread and 7 grapes and about a cup of milk then for lunch i had half of a roast beef and cheese sandwhih [1 piece of each] and some pomegranite seeds like 15 cuz there small and about 15 punpkin seeds because my mom said pomegranite and pumpkin seeds are really good for you then in the car she gave out snacks and it was a fruit roll up but it had fruit juice in it I did what your suppose to cut you portions in half and now im starving!! i think ill go drink water and see if its just my thirst. Please tell me how i did so far
