hey every one well i weigh like 180 and i really want to loose weight do u guyz think that dancing helps you out on the losing weight
well i have 2 ask a ? well everybodys saying that doing cardio is good for you but i dont really know how 2 do cardio can anyone please help me
oh yeah im gonna give an advice everyone should eat atleast alittle because if you dont eat your gonna see that your legs and face have white marks like if your skin is peeling well if any one have tips 4 losing weight can you please tell me oh yeah im planing to lose weight in the summer 4 when i start school i would be like in a better shape Thanx :)

hey im 13 and I weigh 140 pounds and I dont know how tall i am and i have these funny white lines on my stomach. im really sad and i eat when im bored and i even eat when im excited - so, i , like , eat all the time. im not active - at all. my parents say i might get diabetes and all these other diseases and im so scared./ im sick of being fat because then i can't keep up in gym class, when my parents go hiking i can't catch my breath, even though people have accepted that me being fat i can't seem to accpet myself. like, when i had a boyf. a few months ago, he totally liked me the way i was but then i was also putting myself down se broke up with me. i have tried to lose weight for 8 years - even when i was 4 i was aware that i didnt look like the other girls in my class. But now its reached its peaking point and I don't know what to do. I've cried over it countless times, and now im a sopping, not to mention fat, mess/ Please anybody help me

HEy Guys
Im 13 and I'm like really fat. I weigh 150 lbs ( 68kg) and I'm 62 inches tall ( 1.58 m). I have stretch marks on my thighs, sides of my hips and upper arms. If I lose weight, like lots of weight, will they disappear?
I asked my doctor and she said they will because Im still young but if I gain weight they will stay forever. Please help me. . . .

I am 5 feet 1 inch tall, and 145 ponds. I need to lose 30 pounds to be at a healthy weight and want to lose 40, quickly, so, the fat on me is mainly in the stomach so thats the main area i want to get taken care of. Anyone know any exercises or diets to lose 40 pounds mainly in the stomach? Thank you.

hi i am a vegitarian and i am a picky eater so this is what i eat i have a protein drink in the morning and at school for a snack i have a fruit then at lunch i have a sandwich with chocolate spred or jam. then for dinner i have anything my mom makes but before i have dinner i a snake of something and i excersise from 3:30-4:30 then on weekends i do it from 9:00am to 10:00am so thats my day i ride my bike to school and back home i am 5'4 143 pounds plz answer and say wat u think i luv u lotz Priya*

i am 13 and sometimes i feel ok about my wieght and others i just feel so horrible, i way 159 pounds and about 11.5 stone it feels so horrible and i really want to lose wieght. i am quite active; i do aerobics, rounders, basketball and alot of other things and i dont think i over eat or atleast by alot but i dont seem to be losing wieght. i just want to be like other people in my class. please help me.  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

I have some tips that might help- drink a glass of water before eating anything, if that's too hard just do it before eationg any snacks. also, excercise at least 60 minutes a day if you wanna lose wieght. try and cut out everything that is unhealthy. have fruit with a little fat free chocolate sauce drizzled on top or a fruit smoothe(peach and banana, vanilla yogurt with some kida of fruit, or chocolate banana) for desert. i have a really weird body shape which it makes me not look fat unless i am standing stright forward or stright sideways, i have the best boyfriend in the world and he loves me for who i am.... but unfortunalty all his frriends make fun of him because he likes a fat girl, a first he didn't really care about it, but now it is his best friend and he proimesd his best friend that (well something like) if one starts making fun of the other they would stop doing it soo they would always be friends, and i need to lose about 15 pounds now (i already lost some weight but not all of it came off) soo please give me some ideas, i saw something like was like eat half a a nutrishen bar 5-6 times a day soo your stomach is thinking it is thinking it is fed.... soo is that right??? thanks!

HEY everyone!!!
My name is katie. IM 13 years old. I am like 5'1 and 204lbs. my weight has been an issue since i was like i donno 9 or 10 yrs old((when i started to get my periods)) anyway.. i want to know if any of you have been on good diets that works.. or tell me what kind of exercises you do and what kinda stuff you eat? also how do u get motivated to exercises cuz i put in a tae bo tape and i can never do it.. i give up after like 5-10 minutes

Hey people!
I really need to lose weight. Im 13. I don't wanna say my weight. But I can promise you, im really fat. Im not obese, yet, but im getting there. I have stretch marks on my thighs, tummy, hips and my breasts. Im glad to say that I don't get teased about being fat( although sometimes ppl talk behind my back, but thats normal)
I know this kind of thing can't be rushed, but how do I do it?
I have 8 weeks till this event and I want to lose 25 kgs( 50 pounds, I think) Is it possible? And if it is, can anybody give me an eating and exercising plan?
(with, like, having tested it first)
