Ht. 5'3", Wt. 140 - Basketball is starting soon and I am one of the top players, but the only player that is fat. I don't want to be the a fat player anymore. If somebody runs into me on the court they just run into my stomach fat. I hate it. Does anybody have any tips to help me get through this?

Ht. 4 11, Wt. 110 - Hey i don't know any diets or weight loss tips But theres this show that comes on Tuesday nights at 8pm it's like an hour sometimes over called the Biggest Loser. these overweight ppl go on to lose weight and they have trainers and everything. It has some good eating and excercise tip it's on NBC probaly channel 10. Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(:
