Ht. 5'3", Start: 124 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - hi guys again. I have been doing so bad lately! I have gained 6 lbs. Everything keeps getting worse! The other day, me and mi neighbors were taking turns swinging on a rope in mi backyard. When it was mi turn to swing, after i got on, the rope broke! I fell and all mi neighbors were laughing at me! I wanted to cry but i knew they would just laugh even more, so i just tried to laugh with them, but i was fake laughing. Please, please reply! i need help so bad on loosing weight!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 198 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 125 lb - hey guys. how is every one? ok me and my mom goined weight watchers it is so fun and easy you just countpoints. there is no exercising involved(unless you want to)and you can have foods like chocolate, ice cream, pasta, bread,etc. all you need is a doctor note saying that you can join. take this information and tell your parents about it its so fun.... :)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 155 lb, Today: 138 lb, Goal: 115 lb - this might sound weird, but has anyone tried subliminal messaging to help u lose weight? omg. it seriously works for me. its like when ur on the computer, there are these really really fast flashing images that are nearly invisible. ur mind can't see it, but it goes into ur brain to help u lose weight. search it up on the internet and download the trial version. try it!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Ok.I had plain oatmeal and a teeny bit of special K for breakfast. Then I forgot lunch so I had a pear and a muffin. Then in cooking we made cinnimon sugar buscits and I got half, ate then all ecept half of one.came home, had my lunch that I forgot shhrimp and veggies in HP sauce, a little too much in my opinion.

Woke up late again , had a salad with lean chicken in it and one cube of cheese for lunch.
Dinner I'm going to have chicken broth.
I stop eating at 6pm so only three hours left.
i'm going to do some crunches, pushups, high kicks, and jogging now for hopefully an hour. American idol is on tonight so theres goes another hour =) I know i wont eat after six because my mom gets home and she makes sure i stay on the diet. I hope everyones doing well
