I was wondering if anyone out there thought that I was overweight. I am 5'7 and 150lbs. I am 12 1/2 years old. Also i was wondering if there is anybody out there that is 5'7 and 12 years old could you please drop a line about if you are 5'7 and how much you weigh thanx

i have a question if i walk on a treadmill for 30 min. or more and 30 min on the stationary bike and some other exercises for thighs,arms,and some other stuff...(adds up to 1 hr. and a half) and eat like a cup of cerial for breakfast and a salad for lunch and whatever i normaly eat for dinner just less would i lose weight faster????

Hey everyone if you really want to lose weight try doing the slim fast diet. I went from 220lbs to 198. (I need to lose about 40 more pounds) But anyways after a couple of days it is really easy. Goodluck to everyone!Lauren

I am going to college in a little while and I definitely need to lose weight. I was thinking about drinking a whole lot of water and eating a whole lot less. What do you guys think? Will walking a half hour a day help me too? Whatever I do I want to keep doing it in order to keep losing weight in college as well as keep it off. By the way I need to lose about 40 or 50 lbs. I'm about 200-210 lbs. Please help.

if u want to have fat then have it but if u want skinny get that, just dont put ppl down b/c there fat or skinyy. personally i want to lose 20lbs b4 aug. 24 (thats when school starts). Good luck to all:):)

Hey!I don't mean to be or sound rude but...People are asking how to lose weight. First cut off junk food. Sure you're going get cravings and if you slip up it's okay no biggie. Not trying to sound rude but you can't lose weight eating the same stuff and the same amount.Do a little exercise. Half an hour a day is a great start. Most importantly BE CONFIDENT, BE PATIENT, AND MOST OF ALL DO IT FOR YOURSELF. Don't do it to get a guy/girl. Do it for your health and so you can feel better about yourself.

ok, I was dieting and doing 4 hours or more of exercise. I'm loosing weight with a friend. I decided to go low-cal, and she, her mom, and my mom are concerned. I try to eat less than 900 calories a day, again doing more than 4 hours of exercise a day. Today I did 7 hours of exercise and 1875 calories. I binged because I was so hungry! But am I being smart dieting like this? I want to lose 30 pounds by september.

Does anyone have any suggestions on fast weight loss? I need to lose 55 pounds soon. I weight more than I'm supposed to for my job. I'm only 5' 3" and 160 lbs. Can anyone help me, please?

hey~ everyone, yeah i weigh about 125 and im about 5"2" i want to lose about 20 pounds b 4 school starts and right now its umm i think July 8th soo yeah and school starts on September 4th. i started my diet today and i dunno all im gunna eat is 1/2 cup fiber one in the morning @ 2:00 i'll have a peach and 4:00 have an apple i think this will work but u never know u got to try hard Godd luck to ya'll luv ~alisha~

Please Help! I am 13 5 foot 3 and overweight I weigh about 150 and I need help. I do 50 situps a day and that doesnt help. I can't find any good exersizes that work for me. ok... i've been doin soo horrible lately, i really needs someone to help me, i've gained like almost 9 lbs (OMG i'm so embarassed to say that)..stuff just isn't goin my way. like 3 weeeks ago i was down to 150 which was the best i've done for like 2 years, but now i'm back up to like 159 and it SUCKS.. i feel soo horrible inside, lately i've been throwin up at nite, but even that hasn't been helping, i shoudl prolly throw, and exercise more. will someone, anyone help me out w/ a diet plan b/c i've been goin down hill and hate bein fat.
