Ht. 5ft 8, Wt. 210 - heya I'm wprried my weioght will kill me , at school, even tho it's holidays I can't even run 100m I'm joinining a specisl gym for 11-16 year olds which has idderent exersises because we're younbg I'm hoping this will improve my health and fitness and shown my PE teacher that i'm not a fat slob-which really is what i am lol! I eat like a pig and i found out that some people have an intolerence to breat=d that they dnt realise which makes them vcarry extra weight, so if anyone can try this with me then i'll be greatful, if you cut out bread for a bit then see if you loose any weight, cosd i'm wondering if thats working forn me. damn i ramble lol.I have alsobeen getting chest pains does anyone else get this? I know it's strain on my heart I so have to loose weight

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 123 - If your on a diet and get hungry, try this thing....it's really yummy and it fills you up! Slide up a cucumber Get out a tubberware container and put oil & vinigar(you know like the salad dressing) and then put the cucmber in it. Put a little bit of pepper on it and refrigerate any leftovers.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - Well, i've started going to the gym, the trainer dude there said i should do cardio, first he makes me do 20 min in treadmill, then 20 min in bike, then ab work out, then 20 min in tread mill, then 20 in bike, then 20 in treadmill and 20 in bike, then 20 in treadmill and finally 20 in bike

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 127.5 - Ughhhh its like 4:30am and I can't sleep b/c I'm starving. My parents brought me home this great apple desesert thing but i think the outher shell is fried and its definitely covered in carmel!!! I'm trying so hard not to eat it. I've been so good and only have had one small piece every night after dinner as a dessert and thats it. Only 16 more days till my cruise. = ( Well if I'm not sleeping by 6:30am I'm going running....blahhh...goodluck to everyone

Ht. 5' 9", Wt. 230 - I really need help! I exercise for 40 mins. a day, and only gain weight( not muscle ). I don't even eat that much, and my friends wonder why I'm not a toothpick!
