I have 2 friends say.. friend 1 and friend 2, friend 1 is my best friend and im like in love with with friend 2 my best friend (friend 1) is now going out with friend 2 and now i dont have a chance with friend 2 (who i like a really really lot) and i never see my best friend no more!

Ht. 6'3, Wt. Was 305, Now 265 - Hey, I want you guys to know how I lost 40 pounds in two months. Just about everyday I atleast run once, id say about a 2 mile stretch. I also go to the gym once a day, One day i will do weightlifting, the other i will do 50 minutes of Cardiovascular (IE: running, biking, eliptical). aFTER aBOUT 3 YEARS OF WEIGHT FLUCUATION I found there are about 2 diets that keep the weight off. The first is weight watchers, but seriously who wants to lose only 5 pounds a month. The second is a low calorie diet, which what I chose to do. Daily I have 500-800 calories, I know your thinking " you must starve yourself", WRONG. I dont eat alot but i could, If i was really hungry a could eat 1 MILLION pieces of celery and still be under 500 cals, its all about food choices. One essencial thing you will need on any... Ht. 5'5, Wt. s:185 n:165 g:145 - Ok...so what do you think of my day? Breakfast:Small bowl of smart start w/ fat free milk (200 cals). Lunch: Apple, Seasame chicken with steamed broccli and mushrooms (170 cals) with a soy ice cream dessert (150 calories). Snack:Grilled cheese sandwhich [soy cheese](250 cals). Snack:Crackers w/ honey and carob chips (kinda like chocolate chips)(300 cals). Dinner: Grilled fish salad (salad had lettuce, dried cherries, mandarin oranges, and half a tablespoon of dressing). I have know idea how many calories its worth but i know that its healthy (maybe around 300 calories). So how did i do??

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 140 - hey! I have a plan for me and it's not a diet. I'm going to eat a healthy breakfast and a healthy dinner. and for lunch im not going to eat healthy im going to eat whatever i want (not like a couple donuts or candy or anything). and then a couple times a week I'm going to workout. how does that sounds?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 211.5 Goal: 145 - I started a new diet last week, and I lost like 4 pounds, and I am really motivated. The thing is, it's hard waiting for results, and that is a little discouraging. Does anyone else understand and/or feel like this???

Ht. 5'7, Wt. st: 194 now: 195 - Ok i am goin to give this as one big tip for everyone.....Member u have to eat 1200 cals in order to loose weight and they have to be healthy cals they cant jusst be all junk..... next write a journal of everything u eat and excercise for at least a week so then u can see whut u need to change(I am writing a journal with whut i drink and how i excercise this week to see if i need to fix something since i gave up pop and want to excercise more) then in a week go back look at whut u wrote down maybe u wrote down feelings too and see if theres something u should fix and then the next week fix it and keep goin hard at it....next u need to get cardio AND toning not just toning so maybe go for a walk/jog and alternate walking and jogging if u cant do jogging the whole time or start out small likeround ur ... Ht. ??, Wt. ?? - hey i used to post here a lot and a girl started to post a tip of the day thing (but some of the tips werent very acuurate) which i think i would like to do im not saying anyone has to use it but id try my best to make the info as accurate as possible, u never no it mite do us all some gd! anyway
[TIP no.1= even if you are on a diet, dont expect to lose all the weight overnight (ok not overnight but some people seem pretty desperate to lose weight in an unhealthy amount of time!!)REMEMBER u did not put i.e 30lbs on in a month (most peoples weight creeps up gradually) so its going to be pretty damn hard to lose it that way!!]

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - This morning i had 3 small muffins. No they arent the huge ones you buy at a convenient store. They are about 150 calories each. I wasn't aiming to eat them but we need to get groceries and there isn't much healthy stuff to eat and I was starving. Since my mom is getting groceries today, Im gonna ask her not to get alot of junkfood. Maybe some yogurt and propel lol. She normally gets the junkfood because of my little sister but I try not to eat it. I have gotten out of the habit of asking her to buy junkfood a long time ago thank God. Ht. 4' 11", Wt. 124 - *so frustrated!!!* ugh when i eat to much or the wrong foods i feel like a fat ass and when i try not to eat anything i get cravings its odd once i start thinking of food i get hungry and i tell myself im njot hungry and it jsut gets worse but when i dont thinkn of it at all im fine...i think i might just end up eating less and focusing on other thing.... ill cut it down to 2 meals a day and 1 small low calorie snack...i know that its probably not good but screw all that im tired of feeling fat!!

Ht. 4'4, Wt. 220 - I have a really BIG problem. Ok here it is: I am going to like 3 trips this august for school and i have this bad habit of HAVING to wear a jacket. I don't know why i just feel so exposed and open without it. I don't like to show my body (specially my big blubbery arms). The problem is it's 100 degrees outside and if i wear my jacket (which is a denim jacket) i will be very very hot. I know this because yesterday mom took me shopping and i wore it. I was so hot but i still didn't take it off until my mom pleed me too. Please help me the trip is in 3 days!!
