Ht. 5'4, Wt. 134 - Hey Everyone! once again! i no i may not seem so "over weight" and all but This dance in December is a big thing! The guy i am taking says i look just fine and everything but i don't think so..I can't get the dress i want i gotta drop down 2 dress sizes well app. 10-15 lbs... and its not workin...Can someone do anything to help me!! I have been workin on this diet 4 a while and i have gained 4 lbs in this past week.i just can't seem to get any lower then 130 on this diet that i am on now can someone help me even to get to 120 maybe THANKS SO MUCH!!! everyone keep it up! e-mail me at ko_go2008@yahoo.com to help! Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - Would you burn a lot of calories if you did push ups for 10 minutes, sit ups for 10 minutes, jumping jacks for 15, and running for 40?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Hey guys ive noticed that some people on here (not all of course) focus just on exercise. Well let me tell you that the MAIN thing is eating right so if you have a choice between which one to focus on definatly pick eating a more healthy diet, thats how I did it. But of course exercising can be a bonus, but you dont need more than 30 minutes 4-5 days a week..dont overdo it and be patient!! good luckkk

Ht. 171cm, Wt. 229 - can u loose 13 ibs it two weeks if u work out 4r an hour everyday and no junk food , and 3 light meals + lots of ice cold water! ?? can u ,, ive been doing that 4r 3 days

Ht. 5.5 foot, Wt. 110 - I used to go on this site ages ago but now i dont need to i have gone from being 150 pounds to 110 pounds all i did was for three weeks excercised everyday and made a food plan where i cut out all junk food completely and its wokred so you all can do it if you have any questions feel free to ask! good luck to eevryone

Ht. 5'4", Wt. now: 198.5 goal: 165 - i know i haev asked this before, but ok. i weigh apporx. 198-199 pounds and i am 5'4". i started my diet about 2 months ago, and i was at 216 pounds. i am normally a big person, and i am big boned. if i keep up eating about 1600-1800 calories a day and walking about 1 1/2 miles a day, how much do you think i can lose by christmas? what do you think my goal weight should be? please reply and thanks for your help.

Ht. 4'11, Wt. 123 - i finally was able to talk to one of my friends about my weight loss, this was the first time ANY of them would feel comfortable with it. my friend told me that if i kneeded anyhelp or motivation she would be there. and some other stuff too, but it just felt good to know that she didnt think it was a rediculous waste of time!!! because thats how it seemed before

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200 - Will running in place give you the same results as running like normal people do?Because I live in the country and it's really hilly and the ground is so uneven.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 160 - well guys i wrote like in august and i cant ind who wrote back to me and i realy hate being fat because all my friends are really skinny and they always invite me to go to the pool but i always come up with some stupid excuse just so they dont c me...i have tried everything and it really doesnt work for me...i even ttried to eat 1 meal a day and i lost five pound in 2 weeks but then i got really hungry and the calories doubled..prom is at the end of the year and i dont want to be wearing plus size dresse. and mostly i want to be able to dance again..my real love....i had been dancing since i was like two and i would love to go back because im really good and its something i love doing..i quit in 4th grade because they made us wear a dress showing our stomachs and i quit because all the other girls had perfect... Ht. 5'8, Wt. 181 - Yay I lost 5 more pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! I was jumping back and forth between 185 and 187 ish and now im for sure a 181!! I'm so happy! I have to loose 12 more pounds in order to be the norm weight for my age. All I did was ride my bike to school or walk and I ran the mile in gym class. I'm also eating lots of fruit. For breakfast I have cereal cause they say it helps teen girls loose more weight and stay slim and lunch I have a sandwich with a bottle of water. Then dinner a salad or maybe chicken. But the bigger the meal is for dinner the earlier I eat it so my metabalism still has time to work it off.
