I've tried exercizing like rideing my bike but when I got on it the wheels went flat, I've also tried walking one of those machine things I can do it for 3 days or so but after that I just stop, I did 50 sit-ups for a week that didn't work either. I have cut all my portions of food in half and I tried drinking lots of water but I hate water. If any 1 has any sugetions of what I should do plez tell me or right me at email@example.com

Reply from tessa, Age 13 - 06/05/03 - IP#: 24.243.153.xxx hey, yeah, ok, this is what i do, i walk everyother day. if i don't want to i say you can't wear those jeans. try when u drink water, add a spoonful of sugar or a little lemon juice. i swear it works, try to do one thing one day, then somthing different, make a pattern of exercise, if you can still walk, then you can exercise, it is the only way you can do it with out putting ur health a t risk.
