Today: 220 lb - Hi ppl ok so I weigh almost 220 and I hate myself for getting so big I would love to lose weight but I don't have enought will power. I've tried exercizing like rideing my bike but when I got on it the wheels went flat, I've also tried walking one of those machine things I can do it for 3 days or so but after that I just stop, I did 50 sit-ups for a week that didn't work either. I have cut all my portions of food in half and I tried drinking lots of water but I hate water. If any 1 has any sugetions of what I should do plez tell me or right me at blankidyblankblankblank@yahoo.com
