Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 142 lb - Well, today I said no to McDonalds and wow was that hard :(
But I did it. Does it ever get easier?
Haha, again im feeling lazy to get out but I know I have to if I want to see results! And I wonder does walking 5 miles each day help lose 1-2lbs a week ?

Alana!! trust me I try to avoid McDonalds,, ,, oh I can't stand the taste of that stuff,, yuck,, I ,, look up calories, sodum, fat, sugars, proten, serving size,, as well, any place, I look up all of that stuff!!!! keep doing this and you will get through this I promsie you that!!

That's great! I know how you feel....I had to turn down McDonalds a lot of times, but it does get easier! Trust me... The thought Eating McDonalds just grosses me out now. Walking 5 miles a day should. I walk 2 miles and I'm seeing amazing results!
