URGH I'm so frustrated right now. I don't know what my problem is! I keep eating crappy food! I hate myself! I want to lose 10 lbs this summer but how the heck am I going to if I keep eating like this! I realize the only way I'll be happy is if I lose this weight so why can't I just STOP EATING ALL THIS JUNK. I'm so mad right now... but I swear tomorrow's going to be different. At the end of the day I'm going to be able to come on here and be proud. I know I'm going to do this.

hey, don't be so hard on yourself! everyone has a mess up once in a while.(2day I didn't do so good either) When u start getting a craving 4 junk food think about how happy u'll b when u get to your goal weight. A saying I heard... ~Thin tastes better than any food~ Well, good luck!! I know u can do it! =)

You should try eating healthy meals, but you can't just completely stop eating the stuff you crave. So even though junk is bad for you, you should try maybe eating junk like one day a week or so until you are off of it. And after a while just start cutting back on your proportions of junk, instead of having 4 doughnuts, have 2 or 3. ya know?

well say to your self if you dont eat any junk food from now till school starts...then give yourself a reward like anything besides food...for example going to a favorite store and getting some new clothes or like lotion, body spray..thats what im doing and so far i havent eaten any junk food for 4 days...
