Ht. 5'5", Start: 178 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 155 lb - IM SO EXCITED! I just bought a mini trampoline! I read on someone's blog that if you exercise for 22 minutes everyday you can lose 3 pounds a week! I don't even care if that's true though because I need a fun way to work out! I hate treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles.... But I've always loved bouncing on a trampoline! THIS IS PERFECT! And it only cost $89 plus it comes with a stabilizing bar, resistance bands and it's an oval so jumping jacks are easier!!

Don't forget the little things you do everyday burn calories too! If you are an untidy person like me ( don't tell people) start to become the opposite. 30 min. of cleaning can burn up to 100 calories depending on what you are doing. So get to scrubbing out that bathroom. Cleaning my home is now not only a chore but contributes to my work out routine.
