Ht. 5'5", Start: 178 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 155 lb - IM SO EXCITED! I just bought a mini trampoline! I read on someone's blog that if you exercise for 22 minutes everyday you can lose 3 pounds a week! I don't even care if that's true though because I need a fun way to work out! I hate treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles.... But I've always loved bouncing on a trampoline! THIS IS PERFECT! And it only cost $89 plus it comes with a stabilizing bar, resistance bands and it's an oval so jumping jacks are easier!!
