Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 130 lb - Hi, so I'm wondering if y'all can give me some tips for not getting discouraged about losing weight. I lost about 5 or 10 pounds last school year because I walked to school every day and I just didn't eat as much, but since I've been home this summer I've just been really discouraged and depressed. I try to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, but lately I just can't motivate myself. I try not to eat a lot, but I feel like I'm failing at that so often. My family is going through a rough time right now and I feel like they're just too stressed with other things to be supportive right now. So, I'm just looking for insight and encouragement. Thank you.

hey i know how that feels, when i feel like giving up honestly i pray i ask god to give me the strength i need to keep taking care of my body that always makes me stop messing up. But if you have other belifs if you know what i mean, go online and look at before and after pictures, watch vlogs on youtube about people who have lost weight, write down all those bad things being fat made you feel like and read it you'll see that you never want to be there again. Also you can look at old pics to see how horrible it felt to be like that. These are things i do to get back on track this isn't easy and you will mess up from time to time but don't give up =)
