hey um.. excersize every day 20-30 minutes ...even on sundays because once you get off the routine its harder to get back on... the 30 minutes of excersize should be cardio: walking jogging swimming biking dancing ... any thing that gets your heart rate up also this burns fat on your stomach and every where else for that matter...and to target your lower stomach do backwards crunches..lay on your back and lift your butt and hips off the floor and back down and do about 30-40 a day and increase the amount every now and then..GOOD LUCK!!!
