hello again,
its been a little over a month and the diet is completely gone. we have all slid back into our old eating habits and with the holidays maybe even worse than normal for junk food. new clothes brought for Christmas already show signs that they're too small. I really feel at s loss with what to do. Covid has made it so much harder to eat healthy, think healthy and exercise. It also means none of us are really connecting with anyone but each other. My boys screen time is almost all day. I try to make them put the screens away turn off rhe tv but whats the point when they cant go outside?
I feel like my youngests weight has been increasing far more rapidly since he got insulin. I dont know why. help please.

I asked my friend who's a type-1 diabetic. He says you should talk to the doctor who prescribed the insulin for your son. His dosage may need to be changed. Too much insulin may cause weight gain BUT DON'T CHANGE YOUR SON'S DOSAGE IN YOUR OWN.Talk to the doctor.
