Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280-270 GOAL:160 - Ugh, i'm really not doing too well today. I had a sensible breakfast and I haven't had lunch, instead I had a snicker bar and some mini powdered doughnuts that arent high in calories at all. I feel very guilty. So as my exercise today I am going to mow the lawn, spin on my stationary bike for 30-45 minutes then my denise austin workout tape..oh and for dinner i'm going to have a small small salad before dinner and a saucer (very small plate) my dad is making black eyed peas (yuck). Anything else I can do to workout. You guys tell me :)

Ok, don't worry because everyone has their bad days and there good days but you know what the good thing about dieting is? you get second and third and fourth chances. so don't think about what you are going to do tomarrow think about what your going to do now....go get a glass of water.
