Ht. 5'10, Wt. 240 - Im pretty happy, its been 1 month since I started doing 1 hour of cardio every day, i missed maybe 1 day in the whole month since I started. I also never had any soda, junk fast food since I started. I plan to weigh myself tommorow when I buy a scale but I'a confident I lost some weight since I noticed less fat on my back and legs. Just wanted to say good luck to everyone and keep pushing yourself, it wont happen overnight but will definitly happend if you work at it :-)
Also for some tips, I used to eat lots of junk for snacks, like brownies, cookies, chips, donuts
Now all I eat is bannanas, cereal with no milk (mini wheats) oranges, fruit yogurt.
Anyone got any more good healty snakcs they have come across besids fruit?

I just use a treadmill 1 hour a day, I turn the power incline up a little so its like im walking upward which power incline is for, it raises the treadmill. I also turn the speed up faster in the time since I started, im not jogging yet but I walk real fast and its almost a jog.
The reason I feel so confident right now is I never had soda, hamburgers, pizza, chinese for 1 month now and I used to love that stuff. I just hope by the end of the year I can drop atleast 40 pounds that would be sweet.

Dude, you're doin pimp.Update us on the weight loss, man.I really want to hear how you're doing.What was the cardio you were doing though?Maybe I can try it out too.
