Ht. 5'10, Wt. 240 - Im pretty happy, its been 1 month since I started doing 1 hour of cardio every day, i missed maybe 1 day in the whole month since I started. I also never had any soda, junk fast food since I started. I plan to weigh myself tommorow when I buy a scale but I'a confident I lost some weight since I noticed less fat on my back and legs. Just wanted to say good luck to everyone and keep pushing yourself, it wont happen overnight but will definitly happend if you work at it :-) Also for some tips, I used to eat lots of junk for snacks, like brownies, cookies, chips, donuts Now all I eat is bannanas, cereal with no milk (mini wheats) oranges, fruit yogurt. Anyone got any more good healty snakcs they have come across besids fruit?
