Ht. 5'9", Wt. 200 - I'm going to start eating more that school is about to start. Not overeat of course, and still healthy foods. No junk food or anything. But I've lost 70 pounds since February and I did it by hardly eating anything. I haven't been satisfied in a long while now. I figure I can still lose weight if I still work out and get cardio every day but eat a little bit more. Like at least 1400 calories a day. It's been a while since I've broke the 1000 cals a day mark. I'm sick of that and I just want to eat more lol. I figure I can do it and still steadily lose weight. How much more is okay?

DO NOT WORRY ABOUT YOUR CALORIE INTAKE! Most of the time, when a person adjusts their calorie intake, your metabolism adjusts to it too. For example, if someone was taking in 2300 calories a day, their metabolism would burn 2300 calories a day. However, if you adjust it to 1400, within a week, your metabolism will only start burning the 1400 calories that you're taking in. Congratulations on the 70 pounds though! You're doing great! Also, just pay attention to portion sizes. Don't worry about counting calories. And keep exercising! Well, I hope this helped!

Yeah, I'm definitely not anticipating the weight gain. I honestly don't think I will though. I'm still going to stay healthy and be active every day. But I will start eating more, which is what I wanted. Yay.
