~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 200 - I'm going to start eating more that school is about to start. Not overeat of course, and still healthy foods. No junk food or anything. But I've lost 70 pounds since February and I did it by hardly eating anything. I haven't been satisfied in a long while now. I figure I can still lose weight if I still work out and get cardio every day but eat a little bit more. Like at least 1400 calories a day. It's been a while since I've broke the 1000 cals a day mark. I'm sick of that and I just want to eat more lol. I figure I can do it and still steadily lose weight. How much more is okay?
