Ht. 5'6, Wt. 140 - ive gained a lil bit of weight these last couple weeks....today i didnt drink any soda....for breakfast i had 1/2 a sliced cucumber with low fat dip & a banana, for lunch i had water & a serving of wheat thins, for dinner i had 2 ham sandwiches, for desert i had 1 slice of banana nut bread...does that sound pretty healthy for the day?

To me it sounds pretty healthy. Looks like you got basically all the food groups. :)

maybe instead of having just wheat thins for lunch, you should have one of the sandwiches you had for dinner..with lunch..cause you really only need on sandwich..so you should put the second one in lunch
