Ht. 5.4, Wt. 150 - Can someone tell me what they think of this eating plan and what should be added and what should i get rid of. 3-4 small apples for breakfest and glass of water.no snack in between breakfest and lunch except water. LUNCH taco salad with no dressing or taco just the meat, cheese, tamoto, lettace. Snack some fruits. Don't eat anything after 5:00 so i eat supper early a sandwich on rye bread which has 60 cals a slice and some peices of cheese and water.

dont eat fruit untill at least half an hour after food it slows down digestion. dont over indulge in water drink juice 1 glass of orange or apple with your meals. dont go on diests there pretty lame and usually hard to stick to. Just eat 3 healthy meals aday and dont snack inbetween. try and cut out dairy (cheese and milk choc etc) have a drink of herbal tea like half an hour before your tea it lets your food digest quicker. remember to excersize. And be confortable in what your doing. If u do weights push your body to the limits =P
