Hey guys by saturday it will be 4 weeks since I started a new diet. This time it is working. It is not a pacific plan is trying to eat 1200 calories a day and 1-2 times a week I get a day where I eat 1500 calories but they cant be in the same day in a row. I have lost 18 pounds so far, I weigh in every saturday. Today I ate 1600 calories, and feel bad about it. Which I dont think is too bad. Let me know what you guys think, this was only for today, i dont eat this way everyday. Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal w/ soy milk, orange, apple Lunch: 1 cup of cereal w/ soy milk (again), 1 piece of whole wheat bread, yogurt Snack: 6 carrots w/low calorie dressing Dinner: skinless boneless chicken on 2 pieces of wheat bread with mustard, lettuce, tomatoe, and red onion S: yogurt, and bag of smart pop popcorn. Does that sound horrible or ok, or what? Please let me know what you guys think.

maybe you should eat abit more in the day, it stops your metabolism slowing

wel dun!!!!!!!!!!!! 18lbs is brilliant so ur obviously doin rite, i no ow u feel if u go ova a bit n u feel ded guilty. but dnt let it worry u, undereat and it was all SO healthy. Kp going though. gd luk!

THATS GREAT! but dont get into a stage where you start slacking off and think well i already lost eighteen pounds so i dont need to work out today because before you know it you will be back into your old habbits...

Wow... I don't know anyone that eats as healthy as you. You did a very excellent job.
You say it's over your calorie limit, but if you eat like that everyday you're sure to lose weight and be very healthy.

You lost 18 lbs. You did great. You ate 100 calories over. Who cares! You earned it!! Don't worry at all. Just exercise a little bit more tomorrow if you feel a little bit guilty. You should not be worried, you should be extreamly proud.
