ok is this enough exercize 4 1 day:walk 15 minutes,run 15 minutes,jog 15 minutes,play tennis 1 hour,go on trampoline 30 minutes bcuz thats what i did today n i need to no if its enough n also i need sum tips on how to run cuz i get outta breath at liek 52 seconds n i want to liek love to run but i hate it soo tips help n does runnin make ur thighs smaller? and does tennis exercize ur thighs n butt? thx so many questions i just need the answers 2!!! thx again buh-byezers

yes there are tips to running especially breathing wise running/jogging breath in through your nose and out through your mouth this takes some work do it in a rythm like sniff sniff*thats the only way i could put it for breathing in through your nose)..then breath out through your mouth that should help and as you get into better shape you wont get as breathless also dont forget to drink alot of water and the rest of your excersize sounds great im not sure a good work out for your thighs but if you find one tell me. you also might want to add some crunches and things like that because all you have is cardio which is a good thing but just add some muscle gaining exercises too*not that running and things like that dont but things that focus on muscles lifting weights crunches situps....) i hope this helps and good luck!
