ok i think i have a tip...... reply if it works!ur metobilism changes with what u eat so if u dramatically change ur calorie intake it wil not change e.g if you nornmally hav 2000 calories a day u burn say 200 a day and the next day you have 1000 calories u will burn 50 caloriesur metabolism dusnt no wat ur gna eat the next day so ity uses the past few days to gues watur gna eat. so if u wana reduce ur calorie intake only change it slightly every 2 days

I do weight watchers and they've devised a whole plan around that idea. Once a week you have a really high eating day where you get to eat a lot more food, then the next day you cut but. You don't cut back dramatically, because that will make you hold onto the weight, but just a little less than you would usually eat. Then one day you eat a little bit more than usual, and then next day a little less. But for people who are just counting calories, I would suggest one high day a week. It really shakes up your metabolism, espeically if you're stuck in a rut.

hey, yah it works, and another tip is if ur doing a low cal diet, eat like the 1000-1200 cal but then on sundays or some day, eat like 1500 then get back on cause ur body will think ur eating 1500 and burn my fat, it really works, just dont go like overboard
