hey everyone....i went to the gym last night for 1 hour and 15 minutes and the first 30 minutes i was on the tredmill.....the other 15 minutes i was on the bike...then the rest of the time i lifted weights and worked on my abs.....do you think that would help meif i do it everyday?? How long do you think it would take me to get rid of 20 pounds if i keep on doing what i do evrey night???? This morning i figured that i might stop doing the low carb diet and just eat healthy like fruits and vegetables and meats!!! Does anyone think that is a good idea??? Actually thats a really bad idea to do it everyday, you should only weight lift 3 times a week anymore and its bad for you and if you run everyday make it 20 min cause you shouldn't run 30 min everyday unless you wanted to do that 3 times a week no more..also good luck and the eating healthy thing is an awesome idea!

ohh thats really good.i wish i could go to the gym,but im not allowed cos they only let people over 16.i dont know why.Amal

i think thats a really good idea! Working out is really good for you, and eating not enough calories, is, well, not. So keep it up! wow, i wish i had a gym i could go to! And good luck!
