hey everyone....i went to the gym last night for 1 hour and 15 minutes and the first 30 minutes i was on the tredmill.....the other 15 minutes i was on the bike...then the rest of the time i lifted weights and worked on my abs.....do you think that would help meif i do it everyday?? How long do you think it would take me to get rid of 20 pounds if i keep on doing what i do evrey night???? This morning i figured that i might stop doing the low carb diet and just eat healthy like fruits and vegetables and meats!!! Does anyone think that is a good idea??? PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS.....Thanx.....RAchel
