I am 15 and weigh 200. I have struggled with my weight for my whole life. Once i was down to about 160 (about 6 months ago). I did that by excercising, but then I quit because I got too tired. I quickly gained 40 pounds. I eat waaaay too much junk food, and don't excercize at all. I am too slow and get too winded to play sports; it is embarrasing. I simply gave up. If anyone has any ideas IM me at Birdseller@aol.com

hey i know how you feel also I weighed more then that in the eighth grade. One thing I do know if you drink soda substitute 1 soda for a eight ounce glass of water, it will be 1 towards the eight you need daily and it has alot less calories (even if it is 1 calorie soda it is still 1) -Nattie

Hello, I know how you feel. If you do the combination of exercise and healthy eating you can shed pounds a lot quicker and safer than any other way. You probbly got tired after exercising so much because you ate alot of junkfood while doing it or lack of sleep. If you eat healthy and exercise you will have more energy because healthy food gives you more energy for a much longer period of time. Also when exercising make sure you drink as much water as possible. If you want to be buddies I would be more than happy. My e-mail is roxy_chick33337@hotmail.com. E-mail me, and your e-mail address too!
Lots of love Caroline
Good Luck
