I am 15 and weigh 200. I have struggled with my weight for my whole life. Once i was down to about 160 (about 6 months ago). I did that by excercising, but then I quit because I got too tired. I quickly gained 40 pounds. I eat waaaay too much junk food, and don't excercize at all. I am too slow and get too winded to play sports; it is embarrasing. I simply gave up.
