IS this good? Breakfast- honey nut cheerios Lunch- a roast beef sandwich with a little french onion dip, with chocolate milk and a fruit cup After School snack- p.b.and j sandwich, yogurt, and cranberry juice Dinner- chicken, potatoes, corn, and gravy....plus 3 glasses of water and excercise for 45 minutes...is that good? what can i improve? thanks!!!

u iz doin k i spoze u just should try and cut out the
snacks and it will elp quite a bit i did and its working for me.

not bad but gravy is quite high in fat and so are dips. i would try more wholewheat cereal rather than honey nut cheerios. and i would also have a look for other things to put on sandwiches, jam and beef arent the healthiest things

that's pretty good. Except I wouldn't eat to much of the potatoes. How much do you weigh so far. Have you lost any yet?
