I'm 5'3 and 140 lbs. I just want to lose like 20 or 30 pounds, but I have absolutely NO idea WHAT to eat...I dont have a problem with overeating becoz I can turn down bad food like chips, cake, cookies, etc...but I do have a problem with nutrition. since I dont know what to eat, I only eat like a few things every day. I want to know what I'm REALLY supposed to eat! I'm afraid that undereating will cause me to gain weight...I'm scared...:(

just eat healthy food like fruits and veggies. for meat just have chicken or turkeyy and dont eat the skin. eat low carb bread and stuff with low calories. and yogurt. yougurt is good.

adding fruits and vegetables into your diet would be a good start, even if you dont like them at first you will start to eventually. although it sounds like the key to your weight loss would be adding exercise!
