i did awful today!! i had nothing for breakfast and @ lunch i had ramon noodles no snack but like 4 caprisuns and then mcdonalds which i had a cripsy chicken sandwich and french fries and lite lemonade!! this isn't working out for me @ all! i feel so ashamed of my self i'm getting more and more depressed!! but i did swim for about 4 hours today @ the beach and i walked most of the night around the block and before bed i'm doing 30 sit ups! plz someone leave me something motivational! -ash

Next time you want to overeat remember this moment how bad you felt. you were saying you were depressed and everything. Think before you eat, I will be done with this in like 5 mins. or less, is it going to be worth it later, when I am upset with myself! Try that, I did that today, and I felt so good!

its ok to mess up sometimes but try to remember to eat a nice hearty breakfast so u won't be that hungry and remember also eat a substanial lunch and very light dinner! good luck! ~Annie

hey, today is done. your not gonna be able to go back and undo today. so, just think about tommarow. its a fresh start, a new chance, a day to prove you can do it. and even if tommarow isnt to good, you have a LIFETIME full of tommarows left. dont think about whats already happened, because its already been done. think about tommarow, that day thats bound to be better if you work at it.
