i know people say that inner beaughty counts the most but what can i do to lose weight. im 5"3 and weigh 185...i dont really look enourmous or anything and im pretty muscular but alla my friends are like size 2. i tried to run a mile a day and eat healthy...but i cant stay commited. any tips on how to become healthier and lose like 30 lbs by august?

i've started looking in the seventeen magazine with all the beautiful models and have promised my self that one day i will look like them and it has really worked . i also have a book/journal that i write in and tape magazine pictures in:) good luck. God bless

The first 10-15 pounds are the hardest. But then you even start to notice that is it coming off. Dont give up before you even get started!

its hard to stay motivated. but everyday tell urself wut ur goal is out loud..everyone had to start somewhere...when u feel discouraged, remember u CAN do this...
