That is really sweet of you to care about your younger sister that way. My suggestion is this: Wake up each morning at about 8:30 or 9:00. It's healthier to wake up earlier then later in the day. Do some stretches, such as sitting down on your bum and putting your legs out in frnt of you like a "V". Try to touch your toes, or go as far as you can go. Another VERY good excersize for your thighs is to lay on your back and lift up your legs into the air. (You can hold your waist to give you support.) And do the bycicle in the air. That really works. As far as your tummy goes, do crunchies and sit ups. There is another thing that works very well. Lay flat on your back. (you may want to have a pillow underneath you.) keep your legs as straight as possible and roll your legs around. If you do it right, it should hurt your tummy, but it will feel very good afterwards. Also, get some Tae Bo tapes. Good luck, and eat lots of fruits and veggies! Journey is a pretty name!

set a good example with the eating for her by changing your eating haits. eat fruits for scnack- eat more veggies and less junk. also- be more active with your little sister and most important is to KEEP doing these things. your little sister's growing so don't try to make her lose weight just try to make her change her habits a little by changing your own. cut down on the sodium and uo your water intake. good luck!
