HEY I POSTED A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO AND SINCE THEN I STARTED TO WORK OUT I RIDE MY BIKE FOR 1/2 AN HOUR AND I DO 100 CRUNCHES AND 10 SETS OF 10 BENCHING 20LBS IF I KEEP AT THIS RATE HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO LOSE AT LEAST 30LBS? CAN I DO IT IN 3 MONTHS?

yes- i think you can- as long as you're not eating a lot. eat more healthy and you'll be able to. less calories if you're not going on a specified diet and eat more veggies!!!and lots of protien for the weight lifting. that sounds like a great combo of exersizes though so definately keep it up!
