Well i guess i can't really say i've been on a diet, for the past two weeks i've gained 5 pounds and have been eating nothing but junk. And i'm starting to feel like crap, even tho people can't tell i've gained 5 pounds, i can definatly notice a change. So i'm really determined to lose the 5 pounds i've gained and the other 20 i need to lose. I really need to lose this weight, it is getting really hard for me to lose it right now and i don't know why. I was so determeined at the beginning, i've lost 20 pounds and i need a lot of help to lose the last 25. So if anybody can help me out i would so appreciate it. Oh and all i eat in a day is like a ton of fruit and some vegetables and like 5 bowls of special k (but i'm gonna stop eating special k as of right now)and a lot of people on here say that eating a lot of fruit isn't good for u. So what do all of u guys eat in a day to lose weight?????

Well if you only eat all fruit and cereal, something bad will happen to your body. See, we have to eat meat to get proteoin and all that other stuff..dont starve yourself!!! just limit things...like eat 3 meals a day with a snack and excercise..but dont eat sooo much as u usually do..i hope this helps!

For two meals I try to eat very low cal/low fat. Then I try to limit whatever mad good yummy heart-attack-in-a-frying-pan stuff my mom cooks for the other meal.

Umm, eating fruit IS good for you... though you HAVE to have a variety of different things, the 4 different food groups! We've learned about since we were wee little things. This'll help you lose the weight... (With the acception that you must get some exercise)
