I weight 145 pounds about and i am 5' 5" tall. I want too lose 20-25 pounds by the end of August of sooner. i was wonder if this diet plan would work...low fat cereal for breakfast, bagel with a bit of cream cheese lunch, and a small amout of what my mom makes for dinner. I am also going to run and have a tonning work out..DO YOU THINK I CAN DO THIS?*****************************************

yeah, if you are really serious, 25 lbs. should be no problem. but really, in order to get the energy to work out, you might want to try a protein bar or something for lunch instead of a bagel. Carbs turn straight to sugar in your system while protein is hard for your stomach to digest, so it fills you up longer

in the exact same! 145, 5'5 and need to lose 25 (actually more like 30) by august....maybe we can do it together?

i use to be 130 pounds...which is a perfect wieght...since i am 5'4. but i still felt really fat, and i began to eat just like what you have said.. in 5 months, i wieghed 92 pounds, and my hair started to fall out, i could not run for more than 2 minutes, i was kicked off the soccer team becasue i did not intake enough calories a day and i did not have any energy. now, 2 months later...from 92 pounds...i rebounded and i wiehgh 120 pounds. this is still a good wieght, but it is unhealthy to gain this much wieght in a short amount of time.. i advise you to eat little snacks alot, which is very healthy. good luck!

have salad or something else for lunch. Bagel with cream cheese isnt that good for u. u could also have whole grain bagel with low fat cream cheese for breakfast occasionally. Or motivate your mum to make healthy dinners as well
