********************************************************** I weight 145 pounds about and i am 5' 5" tall. I want too lose 20-25 pounds by the end of August of sooner. i was wonder if this diet plan would work...low fat cereal for breakfast, bagel with a bit of cream cheese lunch, and a small amout of what my mom makes for dinner. I am also going to run and have a tonning work out..DO YOU THINK I CAN DO THIS?*****************************************
