hey! umm ok i am overweight n i know it n im going to work on that mostly this summer! but i need to loose a lil in the thighs n hips n stomach b4 june 7th for my sis graduation gotta dress up then my 8th grade one is june 10 so yeah dont wanna be embarrassed so if ya know sommin quick that can help me that be GREAT!!! i am 5'7 n 230 lbs... thanks a bunch! luv ya all!!

.... Okay, try eating less than what you usually do... For example, instead of eating toast in the morning, eat half a grapefruit. Instead of eating pizza and fries and crap at lunch, get light bread and make a sandwhich (Maybe like tomato sandwhich or bes of all boiled egg sliced) If you want a snack eat some fruit or veggies for a snack after school... Or even the other half of the grapefruit. DInner is a big thing though. If you eat dinner with your family, try cutting your intake by like maybe 1/4 so you still get the amount of food you want. By the way, if your seriouse make sure your parents know and understand your wishes on this. I know my family is all for it and NEVER make fried food anymore, although even if they do now I have enough will power to say no. Aside from that, try doing crunches before sleeping, or even go out for a 20-30 minute walk... This is just an idea, something along this lines will REALLY help...^_^ good luck!

june 10 is my bday! cool lol...try slim fast i hear it's awesome and i'm going to start it soon! you lose like 2 pounds a week which would be great for you if you need to lose dome by june! hope i helped!~lots of love xoxo~
