OK today I have eaten: breakfast=nothin, Lunch= cheese pizza, sprirt remix, french fries with ranch dressing, Snack=one oreo, icecream sandwich, and a small bowl of apple jacks w/out milk, dinner=nothin yet. For excercise I have: ran round my block once, 100 crunches, 10 pushups, 40 leg lifts each leg, 20 leg lifts both legs, stretching, some basketball, and hoola-hooped for a couple mins. Did I do good and if not whut can I do to improve on excercise or eating. Well thanx in advance for any advice u give me

never skip a meal ever that will not help u lose weigh tu need to lose weight right but not eating wiull not help u lose weight shore u wont have as much to burn off but u might get sick from not eating insted of not eating eat lest

hey you! lol! Umm, i'm thinking less junkfood, and more more more veggies and fruit! If you can't live without junk, then at least (AT LEAST!) get more more fruit and veg into ya! Um, exercise sounds pretty good although not for what your eating, but if you cut out alot of that junk food I think the exercise your doing will be enough!!! Good luck and happy dreams! :o)

NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST!!!! IT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL!!!!! You should eat bigger breakfast, a medium lunch, and a small dinner. Americans are the opposite. We skip breakfast and have huge dinners. That's why americans are so fat. Always ALWAYS eat breakfast.

The food you are eating will make u gain weight than lose it, less junk!
