ok well this is my first post and i really need help - im not majorly overweight but im still overweight im 5'4-1/2 and weigh 150 - i need sum tips on how 2 eat healthier and wut excercises r helpful (especially in the thighs and stomach) also if any1 knos any arm excercises that would b wonderful thanks so much

I'm kinda like that.... but I'm 5'5... anyway, I'm doing Slim Fast and it works out fast and healthy, and it's very easy... exersizes? I would recomend just cardiovascular activitu, like runing and aerobics, cause if you do crunches and have a big belly (like me :) ), once you are done losing weight, you're abs are gonna be big, cause the fat turns into muscle and it's very hard to lose muscle, unlike fat...
