ok well this is my first post and i really need help - im not majorly overweight but im still overweight im 5'4-1/2 and weigh 150 - i need sum tips on how 2 eat healthier and wut excercises r helpful (especially in the thighs and stomach) also if any1 knos any arm excercises that would b wonderful thanks so much -jessi
